[Dspforum] --consultant issue and C question

Alan,sorry -- I made it seem a little bit easier than it was, 'cause I have
a slightly newer version of Code Composer Studio on my machine.  I'll put
together a few instructions on how to get the information in readable form
and send it out to the forum.... I just installed the old CCS3.1 so we can
be on equal footing
